The django-blog-zinnia homepage https://django-blog-zinnia.com/ refers to a mailing list, in the top navigation menu of the page. That link leads to a page which includes the message:

There is no group named “django-blog-zinnia”.

The mailing list appears not to exist, or the link in the navigation is incorrect.

Before submitting an issue make sure you have:

[x] Checked for duplicate issues.
[x] Not a support request.
