Advice and opinions about game balance #3

I open this to collect all the ideas, advice and opinions regarding game balance.

An idea that came to me, maybe not good is add small experience increase (now increased only with combats) also with works, for example 1 fixed point for each hour of work.

I think also that some ai characters are not balanced but at the moment I do not remember enough to give assessment or make changes quite good.

I'm waiting any opinions and/or advices about game balance.

Recently I changed the restore value of inn from 2% health/hour and 20% energy/hour of 0.8.0 to 5% health/hour and 15% energy/hour. I think that is good do another change on Inn, 2% health/hour, 12% energy/hour (double that doing nothing) and max total hours from 8 to 10. What do you think?
