Processing not advancing #2

Hi,

I am trying to test the software but i get stuck when doing the feature extraction. It seems that is working because i can see that my processors are working but the bar does not advance and i see not progress. I tested both with your test data and my own data. BTW, i had to download the data from the other repository.

Thanks for reaching out. The demo data should work fine, which I personally tested on my laptop. Can you let me know what platform you tested the software on?

I am currently on leave but I will look at your issue in early July. I also have some unpublished updates, which will make the feature extraction process much faster. Hope that will also fix the issue.

By the way, what data did you download from another repository? Which other repository did you use?

Thanks for the swift response. I am running in windows through an specific environment built in miniconda. I did not experience any issue with the process and everything ran until the feature extraction.

The sample_data folder in this repository contains only the csv file. I went to the LibGen 2.0 repository and there the demo_data contains both the mzML and the csv file.

Thanks for bringing this up. I have updated new demo data in the sample data repository, and updated the latest version of LibGen I personally use with new feature finding algorithm for optimal performance. This time it should work fine.
