Description

Just as the title implies the additional . on the end of the problematic file's name causes the repo to fail to clone onto a NFTS machine due to NFTS protection. This can not be bypassed

Reproduction steps

1. Be on a windows machine (My first mistake I know)
2. Attempt to clone Horizon-Community-Edition
