F3/F4 on file in archive produce error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter any archive
2. press F3/F4 on any file
3. Error "can not open output file C:\WINNT\TEMP\FTM4F4.tmp\FILE_ID.DIZ"
(for instance, from 7zip-465alt-b25.zip)
Last 7zip-465alt-20-b25, stable Far 2.0 build 1263 x86 and 7-zip 9.09 beta
on Windows 2000 SP4. Versions of 7zip-465alt-b25 and Far 1.75 build 2616
x86 are also affected.
There is no error when you just unpack an archive by F5.
7zip-465alt-20-b23/7zip-465alt-b23 unpacks and views/edits file from
archive without this problem. Firstly, I've used 7-zip 9.07 beta, then
switched to 9.09 beta.
Attached Far.exe process dump in Far.exe.txt when error occurs and logged
file activity events by Process Monitor in FAR.PML

Is it possible to view files using other archive plugins?

With 7-zip Alternative disabled multiarc unpacks and allows to view/edit files 
inside
archive.
