Title says it all. Ensure the Readme is as thorough as possible for first Faraday users to get up and running. This includes:

Configuration documentation
Browser API use, especially for debugging
SQLite Browser installation and use

The readme is way more useful and provides some insight into web browser telemetry querying. Configuration is also largely covered as well.

Pull request #84 helped improve the general Telemetry Readme file. However we still should document starting telemetry in Linux and OS X or just remove the starting instructions altogether and assume people understand what to do.
