Remove Flash Memory #18

In the end, flash memory doesn't need to be implemented externally on this version of Faraday. We have a lot to work on that doesn't involve use of the Flash memory IC.

Tested with U9, C57, and R18 removed on a Rev B Faraday. Seems to work fine. Did not wait for GPS lock but GPS shouldn't use FLASH at this time anyways.
