Update Rev D BOM #34

Create a known-good Rev D BOM

Created in https://github.com/FaradayRF/FaradayRF-Hardware/pull/41/commits/f2f15c6f3cfcc669f786e9bba21574d92cefe05a which represents the PCB as built and delivered in full use state. The boards will be assembled without GPS or through-hole parts. They will then be offered with GPS on one of two boards and the through-hole parts soldered on.
