PCB:NG Removed BOM Items Must Be Populated #40

To enable work on PCB:NG placement I need to remove a few parts from the BOM on their website to let me proceed while I wait for their response on how to deal with those part issues.

[x] D2

D1 and D2 used different PN's and worked...

D1: 475-3118-1-ND D2: 475-3124-1-ND

C10 and C54 worked

C10: 490-10961-1-ND C54: 490-10961-1-ND

Fiducials are not used by PCB:NG apparently. Well they are there if they need better alignment. They use their own on the panels they create. Apparently that's good enough for our QFN's, we will see!

L16 Coilcraft LPS4018-472MRB

Per PCB:NG this is a bit of a hack for now. Since they deal with digikey only for online system orders we need to work around it for now.

Replaced L16 with a unique zero ohm jumper
Use IC orientation to obtain correct part placement
When we order, indicate this part swap in the order ticket and wait for separate invoice since their system doesn't handle non-digikey parts.

On new PCB:NG project I used:

L16: YAG1232CT-ND
