Update Bill Of Materials For Rev C #7

KiCad provides a CSV output for the BOM but it needs to be updated to the latest changes. This should not be affected by panelization.

Updated most components in Rev C BOM to reflect the actual design as it currently stands. https://github.com/FaradayRF/FaradayRF-Hardware/commit/b83846a14831a8f30512f1a6c8d7647d2e71f8d7 holds the most current status of the BOM which needs a few more items actually sourced from vendors.

Updated a few components such as L10 and changed USB cable to one from Amazon.
