Document How To Use The Client #10

Little items such as when running the program as a sudo user need to be documented. For instance, as shown below it's necessary to specify the exact installation location when running the program as root. Alternatively, we could edit the user groups to allow non-root use.

sudo .venv/bin/faradayio-cli KB1LQC 1 -l

Basic use should be documented.
