Automate linting with travis-ci and flake8

Copied original .travis.yml from faradayio project. Removed the irrelevant sections.

Per https://travis-ci.org/kb1lqc/faradayio-cli/builds/346140422 the build is now passing. This is a great first start. Let's add a build passing badge to the README.md.
