Simplify registration to only the v5 environments #561

This PR reduces the number of ALE registered environments from 960 to 105 through removing the v0 and v4 environments along with "ram" v5 environments.

Based on the discussion in https://github.com/Farama-Foundation/Arcade-Learning-Environment/issues/559

To recover the parameters used in v0 or v4, please see the table in #559
