Requirement to build wheel ... error #155

Hi guys, I was building d4rl by the book. I ran:

And obtained this error:

I looked thru the previous issues to see if anyone else had encountered this issue, but to no avail. Based on the other answers, I also tried commenting out the installation of mujoco in setup.py, but this resulted in the same error.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? thank you kindly! :)
