Bug fix in DirectionObsWrapper, new tests, & name change

Description

Fixed a bug in reset() of DirectionObsWrapper that makes the returned obs a tuple. Added documentation to DirectionObsWrapper and SymbolicObsWrapper. Added tests to DirectionObsWrapper and SymbolicObsWrapper. Changed the name of StateBonus to PositionBonus and the corresponding test from test_state_bonus_wrapper to test_position_bonus_wrapper.
