Description

DictObservationSpaceWrapper was setting the image observation space which clashed with OneHotPartialObsWrapper.

It's unclear to me why build 3.8 was cancelled.

There seems to be a strange bug in MInigrid that causes a massive lag, we haven't been able to replicate it as of yet
