Edited descriptions of the action and observation spaces in the documentation. Left a few TODOs for features that are not implemented yet.
In the observation space, changed the "pos" and "size" features to the more explicit "left", "top", "width", and "height". This prevents index ordering confusion (CSS uses left-top; Python array uses top-left).
