Fixed screenshot issues #45

Description

Turn on the screenshot in the observation space by default (instead of using a dummy blank image).
Scale the screenshot to the right resolution before cropping. This is needed for render_mode = "human".
Reset the environment's viewport before each episode.

There are no documentation changes.
