Bug description

RSL Helper.docx

RSL helper not starting gives error message attach is the file having errors list in sequence ...

start getting this error while playing .... just restart it 3 time to check the shard tracker is not working... Now its completely now working. :D

Steps to reproduce

Remove it delete the folder Delete the registry entries (Search RSLHelper and delete all)

reinstall it ... same error
