Not sure if bug or not, but I cant use certain hotkeys when rslhelper is running #454

Bug description

I don't know if this is a bug or not, I have raid and rsl helper open on another monitor, and I noticed that ctrl+alt+y would not work in another program, after a bit of digging, it works when rsl helper is closed, it stops working when its open, and I can't find a universal hotkey that defaults to rsl helper that may be using it.

Steps to reproduce

the program I am using is hydrus, inside hydrus ctrl+alt+q through ctrl+alt+u work with the exception of ctrl+alt+y when its open, I don't know if there are more, and this is a personal hotkey I made in the program that is complex enough to not interfere with other hotkeys.
