RSL Helper task in wrong taskbar on multi-screen setups

Bug description

This is an issue only visible in multi-screen setups: Since one of the last few RSL Helper updates, the "Rslhelper" task is located on the taskbar of the main display (let's call it "Screen1") even when the actual RSL Helper GUI is being displayed on a different display (e.g. on "Screen2").

Still, this only occurs if the RSL Helper GUI is open. If it is minimized after being opened on Screen2, it minimizes to the taskbar of Screen2 - which is how it should be. But if it is restored to be open on Screen2 again, the icon in the taskbar moves to Screen1 - which is not how it should be! ;-)

Admittedly, this is only a small glitch but this cannot be intended so I thought I mention it as a bug. Maybe this could be fixed in a future update? In any case, thanks in advance for your efforts and for all your awesome work to bring us RSL Helper - without which the game itself would basically be unplayable! ;-)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open RSL Helper on a PC with a multi-screen setup
2. Move the RSL Helper GUI away from the primary screen to a screen extending the desktop
3. Minimize and then restore the RSL Helper GUI
4. Watch the odd behaviour of the "Rslhelper" task in the taskbar ;-)
