Champ list wrong after instant rank up #522

Bug description

After using Instant Rank Up in the Tavern, the list of Champions in RSL Helper is wrong. Both the Champion Index and Set Food still have the Champions that were used as food to rank up.

Steps to reproduce

Start with a known number of champions, use them as food in Instant Rank Up. Notice they are still listed in the Champion Index and Set Food.
