The "Design" part of the name of Design items is not applied from the translation string, but rather is hardcoded, which means more creative addons cannot make their design items be named something else.
Additionally, it'd be nice to be able to set lore text for design items, especially to specify an item that doesn't have design in the name is a design.
If it is ever allowed to set pre-existing items as designs, this system could potentially allow lore text to be set on said pre-existing items.
