[Hide Channels] Hide channels button on threads #70

Describe the bug

Shows Hide channel button on threads.

Expected behavior

Shouldn't show hide channels button in threads.

To reproduce

Create new thread.

Noted. I have a sneaking suspicion it is related to: https://github.com/Farcrada/DiscordPlugins/issues/59

Okay. Also Hide channels crashes Discord when ServerCounter Plugin is installed.
