@hamzashezad, I will do my best to add the appropriate methodology and code here. However, in the meantime, a more quicker approach is to use the NOW Corpus, which has a frontend for string search algorithms. They allow a limited number of queries (approximately 30 queries) that are renewed every 20 hours. You can perform yearly patterns, overall occurrences, and more.
