This PR aims to fix the following:

KafkaFlow.Sample.Dashboard

How Has This Been Tested?

Run the following command on kafkaflow\samples\KafkaFlow.Sample.Dashboard:
```
dotnet run
```
Navigate to http://localhost:5002/kafkaflow/
