Remove obsolete IValueConditionNodes and WithPriority() #132

Description

Removes IValueConditionNodes marked as Obsolete:

BooleanConditionNode
DecimalConditionNode
IntegerConditionNode
StringConditionNode

Also removes obsolete method WithPriority().

Closes #131
