Farming: choose berry mutation strategy (+ other farming strategies) #361

After unlocking all berries I still want to use the some berry mutation strategy to farm a lot of berries so I can get all Battle Café mons to resistant.

Describe the solution you'd like

The mutation strategies are already in the script, so a checkbox in farming to choose a strategy would be nice. As an extra bonus, but probably some more work, it would be nice to choose a farming setup (https://wiki.pokeclicker.com/#!Farm/Setups). And a reaaaally nice to have function for farming a lot of berries from the same type would be a way to always make sure there are fully grown Passho's except for the center 4 spots.

As a simple improvement to help towards this, I'd really appreciate an option for using Passho berries when farming. I think it might be able to reuse a significant amount (or all) of __internal__increaseHarvestRateStrategy
