Water Flow Rate, with units mL/s, will allow FarmBot to calculate the volume of water that is dispensed from the watering nozzle in a given amount of time. This is a pre-requisite for useful watering curves.
[x] Add a new field to tools for WATER FLOW RATE (ML/S).
[x] Default value should be 0.
[x] Show the setting label and field in the tool details panel whenever the tool is a watering nozzle.
[x] Tooltip should say "To calculate WATER FLOW RATE, create a sequence instructing FarmBot to turn on the water, wait for 5 seconds, then turn the water off. Hold a measuring cup below the watering nozzle and run the sequence. Measure how much water FarmBot dispensed in milliliters (mL) and then divide this number by 5. Enter the result in the field."
[x] Add a new step to the setup wizard after the Solenoid Valve step. New step should be titled "Water flow rate", with the tooltip text above as the step instructions.
