Handle docs in setup.bash script

The bin/setup.bash script is run as a part of the developer install. It does some configuration and builds the FarmData2 modules. It should also:

• build the FarmData2 docs. This can be done by running bin/makedocs.bash in the script.
• ensure that the docs preview server is run on login. This will require creating an entry in .config/autostart that is similar to panel.desktop This entry should run a script that starts the markdown preview server. Note: this has to be done here rather than in the container startup because the server is an npm package and doesn't exist in the container until after the user runs setup.bash.
