Socat issues for Dongles (Resin os) #103

When dongles are plunged into the Rpi can't run all socat commands.

No more dongle voodoo

Resolved. Resin OS is when the commands won't work. If you ever plug a dongle into a resin os Rpi then you have to first run socat commands on a Linux computer then plug into a Pi. The socat omands will work then.
