Ability to monitor / test / troubleshoot audio issues remotely #143

Since alot of the requests we are getting from partner radio stations are things related to audio ie:

"The calls are going through but the sound isn't coming into the mixer"

I think we need to prioritise a way to monitor if sound is really coming in/out of the voxbox or not.

Pole sana - but we need to put our heads together on this...

the equivalent of a VU meter?
an audio stream being passed to somewhere online so we can monitor?
would those even be enough to determine the audio is working properly?
