Fix Array Syntax errors in the DMTF WBEM Server instance mofs #8

UserPassword and OrganizationName are defined as arrays in CIM_Account, but the instance mofs have them coded as scalar strings. And ElementEffects is defined as an array in CIM_ServiceAffectsElement, but the instance mofs have them coded as scalars.

The fix has been merged into the master.
