Some available data plans in the offer page are not applicable. I get an error message saying I'm not eligible. #3

Inapplicable data plans offer options.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in with an active user
  2. Go to "My accounts" tab
  3. Visit offers page
  4. Try to check and select all data plans offers to see the error message

Actual Result: Some available data plans in the offer page are not applicable. I get an error message saying I'm not eligible.

Expected Result: As a user, I can successfully apply for any data offers of my choice.

If a user has access to any data plans on their offer page, they should be eligible to purchase it. This issue is critical because users usually opt for the best data plan and the last thing an app would want to do is to deter the user behavior in future.

Step I use to check and confirm error 1- Go to offers page 2- Apply for any data plans available to you 3- Before you proceed to purchase, ensure you do not have enough balance 4- Proceed to Purchase and analyze the error message displaying "not eligible"
