Zigi is not consistently responsive.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in with an active user
  2. Go to "My accounts" tab
  3. Try to use the zigibot for in-app assistance

Actual Result: The bot assistant "zigi" does not consistently respond.

Expected Result: As a user, I can make use of the zigibot assistance always.

It is always important to have in place a functional, responsive and swift bot assistant in a complex app like MTN App.
