As a user, I can't view my airtime and data balances when I refresh #6

My balances data keeps loading when I tap refresh

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in with an active user
  2. Go to user "main-page"
  3. Tap on refresh button

Actual Result: As a user, I can't view my airtime and data balances when I refresh

Expected Result: As a user, I should be able to view my airtime and data balances when I refresh

Priority: High

Version: 1.14.5

The airtime and data balances does not reflect when I refresh. The only way to get the balance info is to restart the app.
