2021 Farset Labs Redux #13

In this PR I'll be working on collating the disparate parts of our redux project into the new policy-base for Farset Labs.

This was initially raised here and while there's not been a whole pile of discussion on it, that's mostly because there's been nothing concrete to discuss, so hopefully these efforts will kick start things.

At the very least, this can be considered a 'transition' from the policies that have lived as a sub-structure within the main site into a purpose built structure.
