Exact same issue here, since the last few days! Using Meghbela Kolkata, all of
a sudden BTCACHE has completely gone away!
The Torbox site still shows green symbols though, and new torrents with green
symbols still keep getting added... However, none of them are showing the
Btcache peer while downloading...
No idea what the reason is... If anyone has any info/guesses, please update...

Completely agree with abhi on this issue.. I too am a MEGHBELA user and am
experiencing the same thing for a month now maybe.. I cannot provide any
solution to this "problem", but I can say this :
A few days back, I heard that one of my college-mates can search and add the
respective 'btcache' address of any particular torrent file and add it to the
peers section.. That way, he still manages to get the download speeds which we
were once used to..
If this is true, I will try to find out how he does that and let you know..
But if anybody has any further update, please do share.. Thanks..

I am a user of Beam Telecom from Hyderabad. I'm facing similar issue since the
last 20 days. I see the btcache peer during the download but the speed stays
the same. I've attached a screenshot. I am using utorrent v3.2 on Windows 7
32-bit.
Hope somebody can resolve the issue soon.

i am also using this net... the btcache thing.. sometimes thing peer works the
other way around, instead of downloading it gives the uploading speed.. but
thats not the issue.. this peer list gives massive amount of downloading
speed.. i think it comes from the network operator.. i dont know for sure.. if
any1 finds out a solution to make this peer list permanent.. please do share..
