BepInEx refuses to work, or make config files #46

What's the Version of the game you're using? 1.1.0

What's the Version of the mod you're using? 5.4.21

What Operating System are you using? Please provide the full Operating System name (example: Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit) MacOS 13 Ventura

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. I have tried to configure the BepInEx sh script to run the Baldi's Basics Remastered application, and it successfully launches, but after that, it refuses to generate any files needed for BepInEx to work correctly. Therefore, no mods work, which includes the Mod menu.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Download BepInEx.
  2. Install it to a folder alongside Baldi's Basics.
  3. Add the application name to the sh file.
  4. Make the file executable in Terminal.
  5. Run the script with Terminal.
  6. Disappointment.

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I expect the mod to work correctly, and let me access mod menus by pressing tab.

Does your device use the M1/M2 architecture by any chance? I don't know if/how BepInEx works on that properly.

I unfortunately don't have the possibility to properly assist you with macOS in general, as the VM i used to use for macOS doesn't emulate a required component for BBCR. If you're available to debug this more in realtime-ish, then please hit me up on Discord.
