Why do you need this feature? It doesn't make sense that Aggressive Playtime doesn't kill you for cutting the rope.

Describe the feature Cutting Playtime's jump rope kills you. Would be a separate modifier from Aggressive Playtime.

Eh. Kind of on the fence for that one. The only reason why Aggressive Playtime is even in the ModMenu in the first place is because it was part of the legacy ModMenu.
