Stamina Regen Times #81

Why do you need this feature? Generally, when I screw around with stamina cap and set it to like 1000, it takes FOREVER to regenerate. Or maybe I'm playing with stamina set to 20 as like a dash feature, and I want that to regenerate slower so it actually feels like a dash.

Describe the feature A setting to multiply the amount of time Stamina takes to regenerate.
