Why do you need this feature?
It allows for events to happen more than once, Party Event to actually happen, and for events to happen naturally outside of Demo Style

it would be a toggle in every event's modifiers, that determines whether the event can occur naturally. in demo style, all of these are on by default, except for the Party Event. outside of demo style, every event has this off by default. when an event happens, the event will never happen again normally, so this should toggle off for the event when the event happens. enabling it again will allow the event to occur one more time.
