Lethal touch on Cloudy Copter's wind (BBCR) #95

Why do you need this feature? because it would make cloudy copter more dangerous because i feel like Cloudy Copter's normal lethal touch modifier wasn't dangerous enough.

Describe the feature It would be a toggle inside Character Modifiers > Cloudy Copter that when enabled, makes it so when you enter Cloudy Copter's wind, or Cloudy Copter starts blowing wind while you're in the hallway Cloudy Copter is about to blow wind in, you receive a game over.
