Add feature to import body data points. The user's body data points would be used to create a user's 3D avatar (possibly defined with MakeHuman app).

We could import the 3D body scan as a mesh plus UV map, so that when viewing the pattern on the character it can be generated onto the UV map.

Blender has a new MeasureIt addon. It can be used to measure an imported 3d scan. http://www.blendernation.com/2015/05/29/take-measurements-in-the-blender-viewport-with-measureit/
