Feature: Seam allowance tool. Special cases for dart. #65

I have found two special cases of seam allowance when we deal with darts.

  1. Ignore seam allowance. Image dart1.png.
  2. Special seam allowance. Image dart2.png.

Dart legs don't currently extend through the seam allowance. When we add a Dart Tool which creates a Dart as a pattern object, this can be implemented.
