Requesting proper LICENSE information #27

Hi, I want to use this code in my project but I also want to make sure that the developers are properly credited to the Apache 2.0 standards. I see that the license file has placeholder information for copyright year and authors, can the team that maintains this repo add in relevant info?

The standard way is to credit the 'fastfilter_cpp authors' which I just did.
