Speech editor fix #91

added speech editor toast to tell you if you havent added a speech title

@isaaclo123 think we should change it to an instruction instead of a status. Like "please add a title" instead of "title is empty"

I think it is fine the way it is, I will leave it that way for now. Let's keep it that way until after release, if anyone thinks it should be different
