[installer] Qt Installer VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll not found #23

Installation error with FastTrackInstaller.exe on vanilla Windows. This bug comes from the QtInstallerFramework and was fixed with the QTIFW version 4.2 https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTIFW-2137.

Will be fixed in FastTrack when QTIFW 4.2 stable will be release.

Workaround:

Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable https://docs.microsoft.com/en-US/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-160 that provides these DLL.
Use the non-installable version FastTrack.zip.
