conversion from AVIV to JPG generates fatal error if other conversions performed #129

When trying to convert an AVIV file directly to a JPG after I generated TIFF64 and TIF files of the same AVIV source image, I got an error and a jpg file was generated with a zero byte file size.

Hi, I tried to perform an AVIF to JPG conversion on both Linux and Windows, and everything looks fine. On which operating systems did you encounter this problem? Which Converseen package did you use (repository, snap, flatpak, etc)?
