Outdated version string #7

The version 5.9b release still has the version 5.8.7b string. image In this screenshot, I have commit 713543b5fabff150b42a9f2ca8cd3eea3951b77d (v5.9b) compiled, with the About window and title bar showing the incorrect version.

SCMRev is almost completely broken in this fork, we just set values manually in scmrev.h. We'll redo it all for 6.0
